Hi Reddit, I'm Martin Luther King III. My parents — Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Mrs. Coretta Scott King — were leaders in nonviolent social change. I've traveled across the world to spread their message and follow in their footsteps. I've dedicated my life to promoting global human rights and the eradication of the triple evils of poverty, racism and war. I formerly served as President of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, founded the antipoverty organization Realizing the Dream, and served as President and CEO of the King Center.
