Cosmic Villain for Ben/Alien X

Hi everyone :D I wanna discuss ideas for a villain or villains so powerful that Ben would have no choice but to transform into his strongest alien form to stand a chance against them. The closest we ever got to a villain as powerful as Alien X in the original continuity was the Galactic Gladiator but he doesn't even actually count as a villain as he only fought Ben/Alien X as part of the "Tetramand Trial of Combat" due to Ben being found guilty of recreating his universe.

There's also the evil Alien X, who is definitely a villain, from the reboot continuity but he doesn't seem as powerful as Ben Prime's Alien X since he was able to be beaten by team Tennyson and alternative Omnitrix wielders.

So I'm curious to hear idea's from ya'll. What kind of abilities, backstory, or motivations would your villain or villains have? Would they be another Celestialsapien or entirely different cosmic beings? Looking forward to reading your ideas!
