Rooster will not stop

I’ve heard and read one million reasons why and none are applicable; my rooster sounds off every 10-20 seconds for hours. Mostly in the morning but some days in the afternoon as well. Sometimes I think his voice is horse from doing it so much. Any ideas? He has a good home, there are no dogs or anything around to threaten him. I kind of want to release home to elsewhere if he can’t stop.
