Any help is NEEDED

I feel lately like my energy is being drained. Like I go from waking up okay to just.. feeling miserable by the afternoon! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I just want to be.. content and happy for a full day, ya know??

Edit: to clarify when I speak on draining my energy, I mean mentally. Like I just start feeling this mental exhaustion and I’m extremely sensitive and just upset. Emotionally, mentally. I told my friend about this and she said I should try and protect my energy bc I live in a household with ppl who take a lot out of me.
