How do you distinguish between baby's movements?

I know it's an extremely silly questionn but I am genuinely curious. I mean how do you understand what baby is doing in there? I am a FTM, 28 weeks, and this is all very new. My baby moves constantly and reacts to touch and is doing a lot everyday. But I can't really tell what's happening in there. Is that a headbutt, or just butt lol. Tiny human moves like an eel sometimes. I can sometimes feel sharp pokes and maybe that's feet or hands? Sometimes there is a tiny bit of gentle flutter and if I don't change my position at that instant, there's gonna be a poke. How do you guys guess?
