Hands stuck to waist (Patch 6)

So i use HTC vive (yeah i know ancient vr hardware by today's standards) but it always worked in earlier versions, but when i updated to Patch 6 my arms are stuck to my waist somehow, i can still move around and do stuff, but not play the game because i can't even choose play (because i have no arms)

i have tried EVERTHING online

• Deleting bindings
• Changing SteamVR to openxr mode
• Changing SteamVR to previous version (and public beta)
• HandsStuck mod

None of those worked for me

If anybody knows a fix let me know please!
