S55 crankhub

I am about to pull the trigger on buying a used M3. The seller told me that he has put a bm3 stage1 tune on it 6 months ago however has done less than 500miles since it was tuned.

If i buy the car and revert back to stock tune, would it have the same possibility of crank hub spinning as if the car was completely stock?
