Help with finding someone to do face-up (and eyes?) and custom hair?

I apologise if this post is silly and not very well structured. This is my first time on this subreddit and first time ever inquiring about BJDs.

I’m new to the BJD stuff. I’ve only ever had one custom nendoroid before. The process of getting custom hair done for it was by sending the head and back piece over to the artist and having them sculpt the hair on and then send it back to me.

So I was curious if I could also do this with both custom hair and a custom face up for a non-nendoroid head? I’m sure the answer is obvious LOL I just wanted to see if I could find anyone as a good option when the time comes that I have the money.

I intend to be using Imomodoll 1/4 (36.5cm) body with the head that comes with it. This is from Zhou Yi Store. From what I’ve read, this is a rubber doll.

I’d like to be able to send the head to have a face-up (and add eyes if possible) as well as custom hair for whatever price the artist sees fit, and then have it sent back ☺️.
