Are Martials just that much better than Spellcasters?

BM Fighter, TB Monk, TB Throwzerker, Gloom Ranger, Paladin etc… All these just win the game and are not super long rest dependent besides Paladin. They also have some of the best AC due to their traits.

Meanwhile I have to take a lot of long rests to be efficient with my spell casters. Besides cleric, they feel super frail and swords bard feels like the strongest “spell casting” class and it relies on weapons lol.

I would appreciate some advice as I want to love these other classes having played through pretty much every martial class. Thank you!
