What are you hacks to become slim and fit?
I am weightlifting, and adding now some cardio. But that food always gets me. When i was single i could do the extreme strict diet with eating the same things everyday. Weighing all my food and eating exactly the same calories…
Now for there years i am in a healthy relationship. And i try to adjust, to partys to her needs and balancing it out. But the struggle for me is i think in ‘all or nothing’. So i am not jeans size 36.. i am 38.. i truly want to become fit and skinny again and want to sustain it.. but i dont know how.
Its so hard.
