Second working holiday doubt

Hello. I did my farm work last year and I’m applying for my second WHM. I have one doubt regarding counting days. There was one specific week where I worked in one farm 5 hours (which should count 0) and in another farm 16 hours. Would this count as 3 days worked or 2? Because it’s 21 hours in total.

Also . This week, in both of those farm the payslip went from Sunday to Sunday, but then I started on another farm the next Monday, however the payslip on that one was from Wednesday ( front the previous week) to Wednesday (and I did roughly 24 hours)

So how many days should I count? My logic tells me 3 from the first and 3 from the second week, but I don’t know if I’m doing the right calculations.
