482 or 190?

Good day I am a registered nurse and currently applying for 482 visa medium term with nomination approval. Just today I got invited for 190 south australia. Me and my family ( 1 child and husband) are currently offshore and unemployed.. If you could just enlighten me which is the most feasible visa to choose in my condition
