Question about period changing

I’m 34 and my periods have never been very intense—usually last about 4-5 days with only two days of heavy bleeding and cramps that are manageable with ibuprofen.

It has always come like clockwork, ovulation too, my symptoms are always the same throughout my cycle.

My last few cycles though, I’ve had several days of spotting before things get going and Clue has said my cycle has increased by a couple days. Is this normal as we age? Is it too early for perimenopause?
