Should I buy this 2006 Honda CR-V?

As the post suggests I'm interested in buying a 2006 Honda CR-V in the United Kingdom, about 110,000 miles on the clock. MOT until July. Seemed to drive fine, engine sounded fine. Top side looked fine when I popped the hood too.

The underside however seemed to have a fair amount of rust, however in none of its' MOT history (a yearly UK vehicle safety test cars here have to do) there has never been any advisories or mentions of corrosion. I've attached pictures of it's last fail in 2020 and all MOTs since.

I've also attached some pictures of the car and the undercarriage chassis - let me know what you think. My main concern is the trailing arms and axel, is this just surface rust or is it more serious? The front springs looks a bit rusted too and I note a tiny tiny bit of rear sag.

For reference it's being sold for around £2500 (although I can probably get it down closer to £2000-2200 I think).

Your thoughts and opinions are all really appreciated, this will be my first car and I want to make sure I'm making a good purchase.
