[CA] Is it legal to deceive users into thinking that they left your search engine after searching for another search engine?
Bing currently presents a deceptive Google-esque search interface when users search for 'Google'
Most importantly, Bing displays an additional search field that notably isn't pre-filled with the user's search query (helping trick users into thinking that they're on a new site), and auto-scrolls to hide the Bing header and branding.
If I made a website called search-engine.example, and implemented this same behavior, would Google have a strong case to sue me?
