Swollen lip after anesthesia

I had an elective hysteroscopy under general anesthesia yesterday. They used propofol and I’m assuming I might have been intubated. All I can find on my records is something about ventilation, but it’s all in French and I’m not that familiar with medical terminology in that language.

I’m 37F (that last part should be obvious but whatever, automod), 175cm/95kg, diagnosed with PCOS, APS, Lupus, subclinical hypothyroidism, ADHD, fibromyalgia (I’m seriously questioning this diagnosis since Lupus but whatever, I’ll add it.) I had the hysteroscopy because adhesions were found on a saline ultrasound, that are likely a result of my D&C one year ago for a MMC. Currently taking Metformin 500mg 2/day, Plaquenil 200 2/day, Euthyrox 25/50 alternating days, Focalin 15 at 10 AM and 10 at 2 PM, cardio aspirin at night, and .5 of Wegovy every Sat morning (yes, I’m staying at that dose.)

This is not my first time going under with propofol. It is my first time waking up feeling like I was punched in the mouth. My lip is visibly swollen and you can see two distinct cuts on the inner side which line up with my teeth. What concerns me is the fact that my lip is still numb, over 24 hours after being discharged. What’s up? What happened to me while I was unconscious?
