Barium swallow showed Intermittent esophageal dysmotility, long standing GI issues. Report posted in body, what conditions cause this?

Medication: nizatidine 150mg 2x daily

I’ve had over a dozen tests the last 5 years due to chronic GI issues. Only clear things found were on endoscopes 2020-2024 long standing grade A esophagitis with 1cm erosions in distal esophagus. Fundic gland polyps.

Both barium studies found “Intermittent esophageal dysmotility” and delayed emptying of esophagus above LES. PH studies showed increased reflux but normal demeester. Doctors just say I have IBS and functional dyspepsia, medication is not controlling my reflux, belching, gas etc. I have a normal manometry test however it did border on Chicago classification of not normal.

Possible useful information I have a history of opiate abuse 2010-2013 and I may have caused nerve damage in my esophagus and now it doesn’t function properly? Purely guessing here. Otherwise what conditions cause these issues?

My symptoms are: reflux daily, worse after eating, belching, hard to pass stool but still going multiple times daily, gas, bloating.
