Is it possible to date Germans as refugee?

So, I'm from Ukraine and like one German girl. She just graduated from Gymnasium, has driver's license and wants to become a doctor. I want to stay in Germany and be a pilot, my German isn't that good even tho I have B2 certificate. Is there any chance to date her or should I wait till my German is good, and I have a car and a decent job?
