Illegal dismissal

Hi, I have a question. I was illegally dismissed after I raised some issues against the management pero ang pinalabas nila, due to redundancy daw. I asked for proofs and documents from DOLE na my position is really redundiated. Walang ma provide ang company. They also posted a job opening 4 days after terminating me. Nag file na ako ng case sa NLRC. I have a hearing with the labor arbiter and they are asking how much ang gusto ko ipa settle sa previous employer ko. How much ba usually ang dapat ko hingin for illegal dismissal?

Also, I have been looking for a job for almost 2 months now and wala pa din akong mahanap. I was diagnosed with depression when I became jobless so back and forth ako sa psychiatrist for follow up check up and meds. Can I also factor that in? Since everything is documented naman.
