However, it should be noted that the ACD is listed as a "non-governmental and nonprofit" organization. They are likely going to be treated the same way as regular citizens, as the letter also notes that the Investigator must "follow local laws" throughout their missions, implying that the player can be arrested.

2. Incident Document G19

This document appears to be one outlining the details of an incident occurring in an engineering department. In this case, a factory production line was automatically turned on at 2:23 AM which mass produced parts for a forklift. Based on the information presented in the document, they seem different department from the ACD, but they likely partner together. In this case, an officer named "Johnson White" wrote an inquiry in regards to someone called "Anita Tan", who witnessed graffiti art being eaten away by a monster.
