Does Aero customer support always suck or just today?

Called them several times this afternoon. No one to answer the phone for order inquiries, customer support, or anything else. The automated system told me to hang up and try later lol.

It also told me to try a chat system...that apparently doesn't exist?

I had a simple question about the stag-10 receiver sets but at this point should I even waste money on y'all?
