How to get in touch with customer service

I bought a lot of parts spending a significant amount of money (for me) about a month ago and still haven’t gotten anything about a shipping status. I have tried getting into contact multiple times via phone and hold for so long that I eventually get disconnected. Tried emailing only to receive an email saying that their customer service email is not monitored?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
