Rg40xxv not turning on

I don’t know whether you guys are tired of newbies asking questions or not, but my rg40xxv is failing to power on. Also, the charging light turns off after 30 seconds of being plugged in. I’ve tried the stock kioxia sd card and my own card and the console still won’t turn on.
