Any one changed jobs after diagnosis?

Hi - So I have just been diagnosed very late in life - well in my 50's. Obviously sad for the angry young man that left chaos in his wake but glad to finally have a reason for all or most of my struggles in life. Just wondering if anyone has taken on a different role as a result of their diagnosis? I have left my old job and looking for some inspiration for roles that suit an aging ADHD brain!
