Short rant about what happened at work, seeking advice.

Almost a year at Starbucks and I'm going to quit over the phone..

A little bit of context I have worked at Starbucks for almost a year and I would like to hear your thoughts. So I go into my shift yesterday like normal and go get my things, well I have ADHD and PTSD whitch for this is not a great combination, I told them my issues and they've only made it difficult, they've wrote me up for performance and mistakes, so tomorrow I plan to call them and tell them I quit. When I first started working there I loved the job, I thought I would progress quickly, but that's not the case. Managers would mostly put me on food drive thru or cs and not put me where I need work (all bars) and I kept bringing it up to my gm, he tells them to help they don't, so I plan to quit tomorrow take my final check and go back to factory work, am I doing the wrong thing here? I mean I don't really feel respected by my gm, I don't have a problem with anyone there, but I can't live up to the expectations.
