My 9barista stopped working

I'm not sure what happened I own my 9barista pretty much since it was released and I have never had an issue with that.

I also changed the gasket periodically and descaled the machine as per instructions.

Now has been three days I cannot pull a coffee shot.

It basically starts with this weird noise and then it spits all the water out from the gauge... And sometimes some water goes through but barely enough, the leftover one is left in the chamber....

Not really sure what to do I might have so ship it so I can service it ..
