Speed and heck ups
Hi agan, i ask a lot of stupid questions lately, but it's always good to try get a shot. But i'll cut into the chase. For some time i wanted to 3D peinted wolverine mask/helmet (budwin) But 2 days for only the main part is slow. So i wants to ask if it will work. I did 2 projects on those setting - both commed out greate as on the quality, but those were small. Both made on Neptune 3 Plus, and i wonder if wolverine would work when set to: -0.3mm layer height -0.2mm initial layer height -120% initial layer line width -wall ordering outside to inside -15-20% gyroid infill -200°C printing temp -205°C initial layer print temp -210°C initial printing temp -200°C final printing temp -63°C build plate temp -110mm/s print speed -120mm/s infill speed -80mm/s wall speed -80mm/s outer wall -95mm/s inner wall -120mm/s support infill speed -160mm/s travel speed -30mm/s initial layer print speed -110mm/s initial layer travel -35mm/s retraction speed
I still work on support, and i'll probobly make them in Orca slicer. I just wonder if this will work or fail, because it will take +- 27hours with those setting, and time is very important to me. Dodn't sleept for 2 night because of last "Red X" project - not because of the noise but stress, and kinda would love to not sleep only one night. Haha. Thanks for everyone who took their time to read all this and help. God bless you all 3D printing geeks, and untill next time.
