What is happening to my prints!?

Got a kingroon KP3s a couple of days ago, got two really nice prints of the presets that came on the SD card using the filament that came with the printer.

I changed the filament to some kingroon PLA the day after and I’ve been having problems ever since, I’m not sure if the nozzles clogged or I’m using cura to slice stl files wrong or something, but all my prints have been terrible ever since!

I’d really appreciate any advice, I’m literally brand new to printing
