Freaking Out About Adult Chickenpox

I never had chickenpox as a kid, but showed immunity on previous blood tests. Well…. my son got it and now I have it…. at 34.

I hesitate to share these images, but I desperately need advice on how to prevent scaring. I am terrified. Before image for reference.

I literally had amazing skin that I worked SOOOO hard for for many years. As a previous acne sufferer in my teens, this has been not only incredibly painful physically, but VERY triggering mentally.
