Why some people took Last Recall instead of Banker's note?

As a casual player I simply curious what could be the reasoning for people to take Last Recall instead of BN. I remember people taking Fire Sale in last league instead of BN because if you are good at PVM you don't need unlimited food. But comparing BN with Last Recall I just don't see what could be the reason to take the Recall one. Maybe unless you are some sort of specific PVM build.
