Reagent Pouch doesn’t work at Rouge’s Den?

Just finished green logging mixology and bought a bunch of ingredients for Sara brews. Was going to make Saras at the rouge den bank, but for some reason I cannot make potions from the reagent pouch just at the rogue’s den bank. Moved to the GE bank and it works fine.
