Soup is indeed the cheat code - 130cal Dinner

Accidentally got carried away with the snack stash at work - 4 twix and a bag of chips later, I have a stomachache and threw off all my meal plans for the day.

Threw together this when I got home - beef broth, leftover rotisserie, bok choy, spinach, some dried mushroom mix, and a splash of soy sauce - and I feel so much better! My too-much-sweets stomachache is gone and I feel back on track. Day saved!
